Cute puzzler, Lags a little

The gameplay and mechanics are fun and I was suprised by the number of puzzles given how simple it seems on the surface. Despite other reviews to the contrary, I have not had any difficulty playing this on my trackpad, although slicing ropes is a little harder than simply clicking on them. The game seems to stutter fairly frequently when there are many bubbles/ropes in play on my 13" Macbook Pro 2009.
